Layout PinSpot が扱う情報
- 保存した配置: 付けた名前と、保存した各ウィンドウのアプリ名・ウィンドウのタイトル・位置・大きさ・表示していたディスプレイ。ウィンドウを元に戻すために必要です。ウィンドウのタイトルには、書類名など私的な文字が含まれることがありますが、Mac の外へ出ることはありません。
- 設定と試用開始日: 設定（例: デスクトップをまたいで適用するスイッチ）と、無料お試しの開始日。試用開始日は、再インストールしても消えないよう、macOS のキーチェーンにも保存します。
必要な許可と、その使い道
- アクセシビリティ／オートメーション（System Events）: ウィンドウの位置と大きさを読み取って動かすためだけに使います。ウィンドウの内容や画面を読み取ることも、キー入力を記録することも、System Events 以外のアプリを操作することもありません。
購入について
購入は、App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。Layout PinSpot が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
データの削除
保存した配置は、メニューの「…」→「削除」で、1つずつ消せます。すべて消すには、アプリを削除したうえで、フォルダ「~/Library/Containers/com.pinspot.app」も削除してください（アプリを削除しただけでは、保存データは残ります）。試用開始日は、キーチェーンアクセスの「com.pinspot.app.trial」に残ります（必要なら、そこから削除できます）。
第三者への提供
しません。外部のサービスやライブラリに、情報を送ることもありません。

Summary
- Layout PinSpot does not collect, transmit or share personal data. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking.
- Layout PinSpot does not use the network. Everything it stores stays on your Mac.
Information Layout PinSpot handles
- Saved layouts: the names you give them and, for each saved window, the app name, window title, position, size and the display it was on. This is needed to put windows back. Window titles can contain private text (for example a document name); they never leave your Mac.
- Settings and the trial start date: your preferences (for example the cross-desktop switch) and the date your free trial began. The trial start date is also kept in the macOS Keychain so that it survives reinstalling.
Permissions and why they are needed
- Accessibility / Automation (System Events): used only to read and move the position and size of windows. Layout PinSpot does not read the content of windows or the screen, does not record keystrokes, and does not control any app other than System Events.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Layout PinSpot never receives your payment information.
Deleting your data
Delete a saved layout with "…" → "Delete" in the menu. To remove everything, delete the app and also the folder "~/Library/Containers/com.pinspot.app" (deleting only the app leaves the saved data behind). The trial start date stays in Keychain Access under "com.pinspot.app.trial" (you can delete it there).
Sharing with third parties
None. Layout PinSpot does not send information to any external service or library.
