よくある質問
ペットが死んでしまうことはありますか？
ありません。おなかがすいたり、すねたりするだけです。お世話をうながす通知も出しません。
どんな情報を記録しますか？
ペットを育てるために、最前面にあったアプリの名前と使った時間、無操作の時間などの集計を、お使いの Mac の中だけに保存します。キー入力・画面の内容・ウィンドウのタイトル・Web のアドレスは見ません。通信はせず、開発者にも送られません。くわしくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
記録したデータを消したい
ペットのポップオーバーの歯車 →「設定」→「データ」→「全データを削除…」で、ペット・図鑑・つぶやき・使い方の記録をすべて削除できます。元には戻せません。
ピボッチ Pro を買ったのに使えません
「設定」の「ピボッチ Pro」欄にある「購入を復元」を押してください。同じ Apple ID でサインインしている必要があります。返金は Apple が行います（reportaproblem.apple.com）。
応援（ハートがふえる購入）は、ほかの Mac でも使えますか？
応援は何回でも買えますが、ふえたハートの数は、その Mac の中だけに記録されます。別の Mac や別の Apple ID には引き継がれず、「購入を復元」でも戻りません。応援パック（名前の横のハート1つ）は、「購入を復元」で戻せます。

Can my pet die?
No. It only gets hungry or sulky. The app never sends notifications to nag you.
What does the app record?
To raise your pet, it keeps summaries such as the name of the frontmost app, how long you used it, and idle time — only on your Mac. It never reads keystrokes, screen contents, window titles or web addresses. It does not connect to the internet and nothing is sent to the developer. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete the recorded data?
Open the gear icon in the pet popover → Settings → Data → "Delete all data…". This removes your pet, dex, murmurs and usage records. It can't be undone.
I bought Pibochi Pro but it isn't unlocked
Tap "Restore purchases" in the "Pibochi Pro" section of Settings. You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Do my Support hearts carry over to another Mac?
You can buy a Support tip as many times as you like, but the hearts it adds are stored only on that Mac. They are not carried over to another Mac or another Apple ID, and "Restore purchases" does not bring them back. The Supporter Pack (the single heart next to your pet's name) can be restored with "Restore purchases".
